Personal Care:
Support workers will assist you in all areas of your personal care routine. This can include but not limited to; showering, dressing, stoma care, PEG feeding, transfers/manual handling, medication administration and other personal health needs.
24/7 available

Community Participation:
Support workers can provide just the right amount of support so that you are able to successfully navigate your day outside of the home. This may be to help you communicate, attend appointments, complete shopping, participate in hobbies or events, or just go out for coffee. Support will give you the freedom and flexibility so that you can achieve goals to your full potential.

Household tasks:
Support workers, cleaners or gardeners may assist or complete general household tasks including but not limited to the following; dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, washing, meal prepping, mowing, pruning, and weeding,

Development of Life skills:
Support workers can work with you inside or outside your home to build onto exisiting or new skills. No skill is too difficult to ask, we have many workers with a range of unique individual skills.

Life transition or Mentoring:
Support workers can mentor you in achieving specific goals as well as modelling different ways of reaching a goal. They can also show you different ways of approaching a challenge or situation so that you can make positive and informed choices. this applies to children, school leavers, adults and elderly.

Travel/Transport:
Whether you require travel as part of a regular shift, or as a once off occasion. We have compassionate and skilled workers to assist you. We have just brought onboard multiple accessible vans which accommodate large electric wheelchairs and tall participants.
And don't worry, they can also assist you in and and out the car depending on your requirement needs.

Host families:
Host family arrangements provide an opportunity for a person to be welcomed into a family home and become part of regular family life. This can either be on a full or part time basis.

Maintain or find Employment:
Support workers can work with you individually to build specific skills required to enter the workforce. They may also take you to participate in volunteering, tafe courses or accompany you at work depending on your needs. We can also link up with other services to find you employment that you have an interest in. even if you don't believe it's possible.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) and SDA
Supported independent living is personal support that includes help or supervision with daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible and build your skills. This can be within your own home or shared group home.

Mental Health:
Our dedicated team of compassionate support workers have experience helping manage and control emotions such as; anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar, schizophrenia and other emotional challenges that someone may face on the daily.

Respite:
Whether you're after short or long term respite, we have a range of options available for low and high care participants. Please contact us for availability.
We also offer respite in your own home.

Private Support:
Private services, or' Fee-For-Service', is used by individuals seeking assistance in their homes or communities, which they finance independently.
